Spotify Download Iphone Background
I'm making this post to see if anyone happens to know if there's any update on an ongoing issue with the spotify app on ios seemingly inability to download offline tracks in the background requiring the app to be open. Go to your iphone settings, select general, then background app refresh, and toggle it on for spotify. Also, check the apps settings for data saver options if youre on a limited data plan. To ensure spotify continues playing when your iphone is locked or when you're using other apps, the first step is to enable background app refresh for spotify. Navigate to settings > general > find background app refresh and make sure that the option for spotify on your iphone is toggled on.
